Trace and Phil’s Holmes Mill Wedding

It’s all about family and friends for Trace and Phil – two families combined but their marriage.. Oh and many Grandchildren to keep everyone on their toes. A super day was had at their dream wedding venue Holmes Mill. All their hard work planning this special day certainly paid off… a party atmosphere from start to finish… I loved documenting every moment.

Sammy Jo and Kane’s River Barn Wedding
The River Barn at Poulton-Le-Fylde a fantastic venue chosen by Sammy and Kane

A room truly filled with so much love and support – Oh and so much laughter – They organised their own Bongo Bingo. I have to say it’s one of the best entertainments I’ve seen at a wedding, also there was plenty of photo opportunities too…
I could do a blog just on the Bongo Bingo, everyone took part and loved it.

The speeches were heart felt and quite emotional. If you could hear Sammy’s Son and then Kane’s son speeches….happy tears would be streaming. There was love, respect and so much appreciation it was absolutely beautiful.

Chilli Barn Wedding

Michael and Sophies Chilli Barn wedding a midweek wedding with their family and closest friends. The venue is just situated on the edge of the Chevin forest park and it over looks the beautiful lower Warfdale in Otley Yorkshire.
It was a gorgeous day a hint of a blue sky and just enough sunshine to be warm and not too hot in my view that’s perfect.
The venue was beautifully decorated in soft greens and lots of candle light by Oakleaf Weddings. Sophie arrived in a vintage VW Beatle by Bronte Camper hire (my first car was a beetle so I do have a soft spot for them). A Beautiful and heart felt ceremony Michael and Sophie had written some of their own special words to say to each other. I felt made the wedding even more personal and emotional too.

After the family photos we had a little drive out to Surprise View only a few minutes down the road. The walk didn’t phase Sophie in her high healed wedding shoes.

It was such a beautiful warm evening most of the guest found a spot to sit and enjoy the outdoors

The Stables Wedding Alice and Ben
This is such a personal wedding Alice is my other half’s daughter I’ve known her since she was twelve and watched her grow into a beautiful kind and caring young lady, mother and now WIFE.
Alice and Ben are teenage sweethearts, Alice just being 15 and Ben 16 when they met. I remember them saying they would either grow apart or grow together. Nine years later with two beautiful boys Ronnie and Archie they have certainly grown together. Ray and I could not be more proud of them.

Alice and Ben chose The Stables as their wedding venue, a place where all family and friends could easily reach and stay over should they wish to. Alice planed all the deco with her love of Autumn and Halloween combined the venue looked amazing. So here’s Alice and Ben’s wedding story.. in photos enjoy!

This Cheeky Dad and Daughter photo has been quite a tradition …
so it just had to be done on the wedding day too!

At the end of the day I downed tools and enjoyed the evening as requested by Ben and Alice <3
